How long does it take to design and build a product?
This depends on the complexity and size of the project. Generally, we try to have conceptual designs and drawings back within 10-12 business days. Once approved for production, we provide a target completion date based on material lead-times and hours for production.
Do you provide volume discounts?
Yes, we adjust pricing for larger order quantities. Volume requirements will vary depending on the products ordered.
Do you provide installation services?
Yes- we’ve installed products across the United States and Internationally. Depending on the size of a project, installation can be estimated. However, most of our products ship complete and have easy installation and setup instructions. Local delivery is also available.
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your products?
Absolutely! Our standard warranty is a One Year Workmanship warranty guaranteeing a product free of manufacturer and material defects. Please see the specific terms and conditions of sale for your specific quote for further information. We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our facility.
What materials do you specialize in?
We design and manufacture products incorporating solid wood, melamine, laminate, metal, solid surfaces, stone, acrylic, and lighting.
Do you only accept mass & large quantity orders?
No- although we specialize in producing fixtures for 200+ stores, we still hold true to our roots and take on small projects and custom one-offs. We also have a division that continues to take on local contractor projects for hospitals, schools, and other commercial work.
Can you ship products internationally?
In short, yes! However, it really depends on the product, materials, and destination country.
I already have a product designed, but am looking for a new shop to build them, can you replicate my designs or plans?
Yes- if you have a brand specific fixture, we can essentially build the same product, although manufacturing methods vary and we engineer to our production specifications.
I have no idea what fixtures and displays I need, how do I begin the process?
We offer a full-service product from ideation to completion, meaning we will help determine your needs and use your existing brand to design fixtures that work for you. We can even provide floor plans & detailed layouts for the store, and design fixtures based on the typical store size/layout. After products have been designed, we will be by your side the entire way through a multi-location rollout.
